This is the third time we have personally used Annette's expertise and guidance to sell or buy a home (and have had five other family members work with her as well). Net/Net... you want the security of having Annette in your court. She is unprecedented in her experience and is proactive, not reactive. I cannot say enough positive things about her as a realtor, person, and friend. In fact, after we first worked with her, she showed up at a family member's memorial, which deeply touched us. 5+ stars to Annette and her team!
